It's all parody, got that? Right. Now laugh.

Infringement? We don't need to make no steenking infringement!

All trademarks used are the property of their owners. All designs including such a trademark are parodies; no infringement of any kind is intended, trademarks are used only where their absence would render the statement ineffective.

Isn't it rather idiotic that we've let things get so out of hand that it's actually necessary to SAY something as silly as "Microsoft is a trademark of Microsoft"? Really, who else would want it if it wasn't already Microsoft's? On the other hand, if Microsoft had a name like, say, Bill's Operating Systems and Software, would anyone have taken them seriously? But they don't, and partially as a result, they have a moniker that's instantly recognizable as being synonymous with ruthless, single-minded pursuit of utter domination of the data processing world. Let's face it, if there was a sticker in this mess that said "We are the largest employer in Redmond, Washington, Resistance is Futile, You will be Assimilated!" most people wouldn't have a clue what it was about, would they? But put Microsoft's name in there, and suddenly it's funny!
